At Bradley and James, we believe that gardens should be as unique as the people who enjoy them. For this couple, we created a truly show-stopping space designed for both relaxation and entertainment. Their large rear garden was once a simple patio and lawn, but they wanted something spectacular, and we delivered in style.
We transformed the garden with a modern design, beginning with a large porcelain-tiled patio accessible directly from the house. From here, the space opens onto a lawned area, offering flexibility for the couple to enjoy both lush greenery and sleek hardscaping.
A key feature of the design is the modern planted area, running along one side of the garden. Using porcelain tiles, we created distinct planting zones without overcrowding the space, staying true to the couple’s desire for a minimal yet impactful approach.
We also designed a timber-effect tile path that leads to a stunning metal gazebo, the perfect setting for the couple’s beautiful lounge set, where they can relax and unwind.
On the opposite side of the garden, we incorporated a wavy section of patio, where additional seating areas provide options for guests. Perimeter planting around these seating areas adds structure and elegance without overwhelming the space.
The couple are absolutely thrilled with their new outdoor sanctuary and so are we! This garden is now the ultimate retreat for relaxing, entertaining, and enjoying life outdoors.
