1. Consultation & Property Assessment

Every project begins with a detailed on-site consultation. We take time to understand how you want to use the space, how the garden connects to your home, and what matters most to you, whether that’s entertaining, relaxing, low maintenance or creating something truly distinctive. During this stage, we assess:

Access and logistics

2. Custom Design & Quote

With a clear brief in place, we develop a tailored garden concept supported by detailed visuals, material suggestions and layout plans.

Alongside the creative vision, we provide a transparent and considered build estimate. Our aim is always to ensure the design aligns with your budget.

3. Pre-Start Planning

Once you’re completely happy with the design, we finalise the drawings and specifications required for installation. At this stage we:

Finalise material selections

Secure your project start date

A deposit is taken at this point to reserve space in our calendar and allow us to begin procurement and scheduling.

4. The Build Phase

Our trusted installation team brings the design to life with professionalism, organisation and close attention to detail. We oversee every aspect of the build to ensure it reflects the approved plans and our quality standards. Throughout the build phase we:

Coordinate all trades and deliveries
Conduct regular site supervision
Manage timelines proactively
Ensure finishes meet specification
Problem-solve efficiently if required

You won’t be left managing contractors, we handle the process from start to finish.

Project timescales vary depending on size and complexity:

Smaller gardens: approximately 4–6 weeks
Medium projects: 6–10 weeks
Larger or more complex schemes: 10–16+ weeks

A clear programme is provided before installation begins.

Clear Communication Throughout

We understand ideas can evolve during a project. Any requested changes are clearly costed and approved before we proceed — no unexpected additions.

If a specified material becomes unavailable, we will discuss suitable alternatives and agree any adjustments with you in advance. Transparency underpins everything we do.

5. Completion, Handover & Aftercare

As installation concludes, we carry out a detailed walkthrough to ensure every element meets our expectations and yours.

The site is professionally cleared and prepared for use. We provide clear aftercare guidance to help your planting establish and your materials perform as intended.
