Transforming a Garden Oasis in Finningley

In Finningley, Bradley and James Garden Design had the privilege of revitalising a neglected garden into a stunning outdoor oasis. Previously, a mere patch of unloved grass, the space was rarely used and did not reflect the beauty of the clients’ investment in their home. They sought a garden that would not only enhance their property but also serve as an inviting extension for entertaining and relaxation.

Design Highlights:

Bradley and James undertook the entire design and construction of the garden, delivering a bespoke solution tailored to the clients’ vision and lifestyle.

Circular Block Paved Patio: One of the standout features includes a circular block paved patio area adorned with curved porcelain tiles. This elegant design choice seamlessly integrates with the surrounding landscape, providing a sophisticated focal point for outdoor gatherings.

Ambient Lighting: LED lighting plays a pivotal role in enhancing the atmosphere of the garden. The edges of the patio are illuminated with LED strips and lanterns, creating a warm and inviting ambiance that accentuates both the patio and the lush planting.

Mimicking Nature: To harmonise with the circular patio, a small section of grass mimics its shape, guiding visitors down to the garden’s focal points. This thoughtful design element adds a natural touch while maintaining the garden’s cohesive aesthetic.

Texture and Detail: At the garden’s lower end, decorative stone was strategically incorporated to introduce texture and visual interest. This addition not only enriches the landscape but also complements the overall design, creating a balanced and dynamic outdoor space.
