We are thrilled to present our latest completed project, a breathtaking garden overlooking the serene lakeside in Doncaster.
Prior to our designs, the property boasted a large rectangular lawn and a small patio area. Our clients expressed their desire for a garden that would feature not only a beautiful seating area but also a separate dining space and simple yet striking raised planters. Their vision? A touch of the Mediterranean, with clean lines and a simple palette. With this in mind, we set to work, ready to exceed their expectations.
To maximise the potential of the space, we cleverly zoned the garden into three distinct areas. First, we created a gracefully curved dining area, this enchanting space sets the stage for memorable al fresco meals and gatherings. Next, we crafted an extraordinary curved seating area, complete with a specially specified rattan sofa and a gas fire pit. This inviting arrangement provides the perfect spot for lounging and taking in the picturesque surroundings.
To further enhance the space, we surrounded the seating area with a raised wall, which we planted with fragrant rosemary bushes. This not only added an aromatic touch but also created a sense of intimacy and privacy. The visual impact of this design element is simply stunning, leaving guests and homeowners alike in awe.
In the third area, we introduced a lush grassy section edged with meticulously planted beds. The combination of the curved dining and seating areas, thoughtfully selected furnishings, and the harmonious integration of rosemary-filled raised walls exceeded the clients expectations. And we must admit, we are equally thrilled with the final result.
